The ballots are now online for
the 2008-2009 Board of Director elections. We will also have them at
the rinks and at the Annual Banquet and Party. If you'd like to print
out your own and fill it out, here's the links: The deadline is May 15.
The 2008 US Adult Figure Skating Championships
were held from April 8-12 in Lake Placid, NY. The following
skaters represented the club at the event:

The 2008 Annual Banquet and Party will be held April 26, from 1:00-4:00 at the Dixieland Funpark. More information is in the newsletter, along with a reservation form. Please send in the reservation forms by April 10.

He placed 2nd in the Short Program with a score of 46.59 and 5th in the Freeskate with a score of 86.65. These scores put him 4th overall with a total score of 133.24. Awards
were presented at the Annual Banquet and Party on April 21. Congratulations to the
award winners.
GaFSC members Davin Grindstaff and Tina Gravenstein competed at Adult Nationals in Bensenvillem, IL, and BOTH WON their events!!! Davin won the Championship Masters Men event and Tina won the Gold Ladies III event. Congratulations, Davin and Tina!!!!

The GaFSC now has a Yahoo! Group for its members. We have a calendar of events, files, and we can send out messages to our members. However, you do have to join the group to receive the emails.
